Description
A Mister Sparky Service Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the installation and service of electrical products and services in residential and light commercial settings. This role involves managing a team of electricians, ensuring efficient scheduling, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include training, performance reviews, and driving sales and profit growth. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Managing the scheduling and dispatch of electricians to service jobs. 
  • Team Management: Overseeing the training, development, and performance of the electrician team. 
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 
  • Compliance: Maintaining compliance with NEC, local codes, safety protocols, and industry standards. 
  • Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance, ensuring cost control, and driving revenue growth. 
  • Sales and Profit Growth: Implementing strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the branch. 
  • Technical Expertise: Providing technical guidance and support to the electrician team. 
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. 
  • Safety: Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all team members. 
  • Performance Management: Conducting routine performance reviews and providing regular feedback. 
  • KPI Management: Actively managing and driving key performance indicators
Job Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential electrical work demonstrating proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is a standard requirement.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers, explaining issues, and providing solutions.
  • Background and Drug Screening
  • Clean Driving Record
Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
